Imad Arafat

Mr. Imad Arafat is the CEO and CoFounder of Qualiserves. Imad’s has over 18 years of experience working in International and brand names (Accenture, Bank Al Jazira, Crowe Horwath, Al Zamil Group). Imad Has the ability to successfully analyze organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost ‐ effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.

Imad holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo. Since graduation in 1999, he was embarked in the field of strategic planning, business unit development, project management and business process reengineering for both public and private sectors. During leisure time, Imad enjoys watching/playing Soccer and loves fishing.
